30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer every customer a 30-day no-risk money-back guarantee on your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order for a FULL refund. We will arrange the collection and return shipment of any artwork you purchase from us; you only need to pay the freight for the return.
Damaged Items Exchange
We offer complimentary exchanges for items that are damaged during transportation. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please send us a message at support@nukeart.com with your order number and a photo of your damaged artwork. We will handle the issues with courier companies and ship out a replacement within a few days.

Return Conditions
Please ensure that the following conditions are met for a returns request to be accepted:
- It has been less than 30 days since you received the artwork.
- The artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and in appropriate packaging—ideally in its original packaging.
- Artworks must be carefully prepared for return shipment in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- For artworks that arrived damaged, we require a photo of the damage so that we can understand what went wrong with our shipment.
- If the original packaging was insufficient, please repackage the items to the best of your ability and take pictures for insurance purposes.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund.
- For PayPal and Shop-Pay account holders, it may take up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear on your account.
- For credit card refunds, it may take between 7-15 business days for the transaction to be completed.
Please note: You have 30 days from the receipt of the artwork to request a return and a further 14 days to fulfill it.
