The works are packaged by Nukeart and adhere to a standardized packaging process. Ships in a tube (Only canvas): the item will arrive rolled in a durable hard paper tube. This method is particularly safe for oversized works and also reduces shipping costs. Rolled works can be easily stretched (for canvas works, i.e., placed onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival. Upon immediate delivery, we highly recommend you send any works on paper directly to your framer for cautious, professional unrolling of the artwork. Ships in a cardboard box (Small-size artwork with stretched/framed): the item will ship flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. We ensure artworks are shipped according to our very high standards. Expect your artwork to arrive with ample support packaged in, ensuring its safety as it travels from Nukeart to your home. Ships in a crate (Large-size artwork with stretched/framed): the item will ship in a wooden crate. Large artworks are shipped in a very sturdy crate designed for global art transport. The crate will contain packaging materials that meet our strict guidelines to secure it firmly in place during its journey and will be tightly sealed.

We pack all paintings in strong Paper tube very carefully, normally it arrives safely. However, sometimes, it might arrive damaged, so, VERY IMPORTANT! Unpack the package in front of the courier, if it's damaged, please follow the below STEPS:

Please ask courier man to write “the item is damaged/broken” or something like that on the waybill. You can keep your package after you and courier man both confirm the damages.

Please take photos of the broken package (every side of it) and damages on painting to me, Let me deal with courier companies and will arrange to deliver a new painting immediately.

If courier man just leave package at your door, there is no way you can confirm damages in front of courier man, please ignore NO.1, do No.2 above.

Keep the damaged painting and the package until the problem is solved.

I don't have a PayPal account. What should I do?You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here's how:

1) Click Check out with PayPal and you'll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.

2) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.

3) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.

4) Click Continue to return to Nukeart. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Nukeart.
